OmiGroup Signs MOU with Sogang University & EMBlock: Strategic Collaboration in Digital Health and AI
On March 27, 2025, at Office 789, OmiGroup officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sogang University and EMBlock Inc., marking a significant step in the collaboration on research and application of AI technology in the digital health sector.

The university currently offers more than 27 majors and is a place for training high-quality human resources. Meanwhile, EMBlock Inc., affiliated with Sogang University, is a technology company specializing in software development and blockchain research, playing an important role in the innovative ecosystem.
According to the cooperation agreement, OmiGroup will combine the research strengths of Sogang University and EMBlock Inc. with its practical implementation experience, aiming to develop technology solutions that enhance medical operational efficiency and healthcare service quality. In addition to the healthcare sector, this collaboration also promotes research and development of financial technology (Fintech) solutions with the goal of bringing convenience and safety to consumers, contributing to the development of the financial industry in the digital age.
